Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number once shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship to all EU countries, the UK, Norway, Switzerland, and selected international destinations. Contact us if your country is not listed at checkout.

4. Shipping Carriers
We partner with DHL, DPD, GLS, PostNL and local postal services. The carrier will be shown in your dispatch confirmation.
5. Order Tracking
A tracking number is provided in your dispatch email for most shipments. Track directly on the carrier’s website.
6. Customs & Import Duties
For EU deliveries, no customs duties apply. For the UK, Switzerland, Norway and non-EU destinations, import duties and taxes may apply and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@top-gadget-europe.com with your order number.
8. Returns Shipping
See our General Terms for the full returns process. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent.
