Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number where available.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship to all countries within the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, and selected international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@top-gadget-europe.com.

4. Shipping Carriers
We partner with leading carriers including DHL, DPD, GLS, PostNL and local postal services to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier used for your order will be displayed in your shipping confirmation email.
5. Tracking Your Order
For most shipments, a tracking number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email. You can track your parcel directly on the carrier’s website using this number. Tracking may not be available for all destinations or shipping methods.
6. Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries within the EU, no customs duties apply. For the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and other non-EU destinations, your order may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import fees, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering.
7. Undeliverable Packages & Incorrect Addresses
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup point, we will contact you. Re-delivery charges may apply. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, or if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@top-gadget-europe.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

For information about returning products, please see our General Terms & Conditions or contact us at info@top-gadget-europe.com. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent.
