2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, images and specifications on the Site are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, prices and availability without prior notice. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law. Currency displayed is Euros (EUR).

We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, notifying you promptly.

4. Ordering Process

Placing items in your cart does not constitute a binding order. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including stock unavailability or suspected fraud.

You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate. We cannot be held liable for failed delivery due to incorrect information.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All transactions are processed via a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. We do not store card details on our servers.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. These are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU). To exercise this right, notify us at info@top-gadget-europe.com before the withdrawal period expires.

You must return the goods within 14 days of your withdrawal notification. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging where possible. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the product is defective. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

8. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for all customers (exceeding the statutory EU minimum). To initiate a return, contact us at info@top-gadget-europe.com with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item and confirming its condition.

We reserve the right to decline returns for products that show signs of misuse, damage caused by the customer, or that are returned outside the stated timeframe.

9. Warranty

All products are covered by a minimum 2-year statutory conformity guarantee under EU law (Directive 2019/771/EU) for EU consumers. The guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship present at the time of delivery. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
