You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement and all information you provide is accurate.
All product descriptions, images and specifications are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable VAT where required. Currency is Euros (EUR). We reserve the right to modify prices and availability without prior notice.
Submitting an order request form does not constitute a binding order or payment. An order is confirmed only after follow-up confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any request, including for stock unavailability, incomplete information or suspected fraud.
The product page order request form does not collect payment card details. Any payment process, where applicable, will be communicated separately and should only be completed through a secure payment method. Do not send card details by email or through contact messages.
Estimated processing and delivery information is provided in our Shipping Policy. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery and risk transfer are handled according to applicable consumer law and delivery terms.
EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods (Directive 2011/83/EU), without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at info@top-gadget-europe.com before the deadline. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the product is defective. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
We offer a 30-day return policy for all customers. Contact us with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and confirming the returned item's condition.
All products are covered by a minimum 2-year conformity guarantee under EU law (Directive 2019/771/EU) for EU consumers. The guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship present at the time of delivery. To make a warranty claim, contact info@top-gadget-europe.com with your order number and description of the defect.
All content on the Site — text, images, logos, design — is the property of Top Gadget Europe or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
